Ordinary personal trainers can charge from $100-$200 per week or more, plus enrollment fees and monthly dues, for two to three hourly sessions a week. At Shortcut to Fitness you only pay for the sessions you use, and we never charge enrollment fees or monthly dues. Also, since our sessions are only once a week, the cost is much less. We offer several different personal training packages and the cost depends on the number of sessions you purchase and the program you choose, but range from $43-$55 per week.
